Salary: $7,500–$10,000/month ($90k–$120k/year)

What you will do

• Fine-tune LLMs to assess search relevance and align model judgments with user intent.
• Develop and maintain real-time production models for reranking and signal computation.
• Build automated monitoring pipelines to detect search quality degradations.
• Design agentic systems that generate actionable insights for search configurations.
• Collaborate with ranking, product, and data engineering teams to improve search performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience shipping production ML systems.
• Strong background in search, information retrieval, or recommendation systems.
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and scaling LLM deployments.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, SQL, and data orchestration tools like Spark or Airflow.
• Experience designing and running A/B tests to validate model impact.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1+).
