What you will do

• Support the development and optimization of credit risk strategies for consumer lending products.
• Analyze portfolio performance and key risk metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Monitor and improve underwriting rules, client segmentation, and limit management strategies.
• Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of credit decision rules and scoring strategies.
• Build and maintain dashboards and monitoring tools for portfolio and strategy performance tracking.
• Collaborate with senior portfolio risk managers, analytics, product, and collections teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in credit risk, portfolio analytics, or consumer lending analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of consumer lending risk metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL and practical knowledge of Python, SAS, or similar analytical tools.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting automation, and dashboard development.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for working in a cross-functional environment.
