Senior CRM Specialist (E-commerce): Designing and owning CRM and lifecycle strategies for Groceries and Restaurant Delivery to drive growth, frequency, and retention with an accent on multi-channel communication and personalization. What you will do
- Design and own end-to-end CRM strategies across the full user lifecycle to drive habit-forming behavior.
- Orchestrate multi-channel communications via push notifications, in-app banners, and WhatsApp/messaging channels.
- Manage segmentation, dynamic content, and automated flows using Bloomreach.
- Define and monitor product and CRM events required for funnel tracking, segmentation, and ML use cases.
- Partner with analytics to optimize conversion to first order, repeat rates, frequency, and AOV.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Local Marketing teams to support market rollouts across multiple countries.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, CRM, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing.
- Proven experience in food delivery, groceries, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Bloomreach is a strong plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in funnels, cohorts, and retention uplift.
- Ability to simplify complex product logic into clear, timely messaging.
- English: Proficiency test required

- Experience in high-frequency products like quick commerce.
- Exposure to ML-driven CRM or personalization systems.
- Experience working in emerging markets with supply constraints.
