What you will do

• Research companies and industries to identify organisations that match event criteria.
• Build executive prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other research sources.
• Identify senior decision-makers within target organisations.
• Support email, LinkedIn, and HubSpot outreach campaigns.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and support reporting.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve targeting and list quality.

Requirements

• Recent graduate, preferably in a Marketing or Business field.
• Strong research and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to work.
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems.
• Interest in B2B marketing, data, or business research.
• Good English skills (written and verbal)
