TL;DR

Business Intelligence Analyst (iGaming): Developing and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions to support business decision-making with an accent on SQL development, Tableau dashboarding, and dimensional modeling. Focus on translating business requirements into scalable reports, ensuring KPI accuracy, and identifying actionable insights within the iGaming domain.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Zagreb (Croatia), Swieqi (Malta), or Skopje (North Macedonia) in a hybrid capacity.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting solutions using Tableau.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, reporting views, and complex reporting logic.
• Validate reporting accuracy and ensure correct implementation of business KPIs.
• Apply dimensional modeling and best practices to analytics solutions.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support operational and tactical business decisions.
• Investigate data discrepancies and identify trends or anomalies in datasets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, statistics, or economics.
• 2+ years of experience in data or business analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, aggregations, subqueries).
• Proven experience developing dashboards in Tableau.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and ETL concepts.
• Knowledge of iGaming operational processes and key performance indicators.
