What you will do
- Define and execute the vision for payment analytics, moving beyond standard reporting to predictive insights.
- Analyze payment data using SQL and create compelling dashboards with Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Implement strategies to reduce payment declines, recover failed transactions, and identify conversion bottlenecks.
- Lead chargeback mitigation efforts by analyzing trends and implementing automated triggers.
- Develop detection logic to identify bonus abuse, multi-accounting patterns, and synthetic identities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build risk-scoring models that balance security with player experience.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Proven experience in the gambling industry, particularly in payments and fraud analytics.
- Player-Coach mindset with demonstrated ability to manage teams while staying hands-on with data analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional partnership.
