What you will do

• Manage end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of VIP players via personalized outreach.
• Oversee player bonusing and reinvestment rates to balance player satisfaction with company margins.
• Advise the product team on game providers, titles, and features to improve the VIP experience.
• Partner with the Head of Retention to build and refine the VIP lifecycle and loyalty milestones.
• Analyze player data to ensure bonuses align with theoretical win and actual play.
• Monitor player health to execute proactive reactivation strategies and prevent churn.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Casino Hosting, VIP Account Management, or luxury relationship management.
• Strong commercial instincts with an understanding of P&L and reinvestment rate calculations.
• High EQ and communication skills for managing rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
• Genuine passion for casino games and understanding of premium gaming experiences.
• Highly organized with experience managing high-volume communication in a CRM.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zendesk.
