What you will do

• Plan and execute PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos.
• Manage cross-squad dependencies, risks, and the program board to ensure seamless delivery.
• Enforce quality gates, including readiness checklists, safety/ASPICE evidence, and CI/CD status.
• Optimize delivery flow by managing WIP limits, removing bottlenecks, and reducing lead time.
• Act as Delivery Owner for assigned customer projects, owning scope, schedule, and milestone delivery.
• Coordinate HW/SW readiness with suppliers and CMs, managing change control and acceptance.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in program delivery as an RTE, Program Scrum Master, or Delivery Owner in embedded or automotive sectors.
• Technical knowledge of radar systems (RF front-end, calibration), embedded C/C++/AUTOSAR, and signal processing.
• Familiarity with validation/HIL, ASPICE, and ISO 26262 basics.
• Strong experience in facilitation, escalation handling, and stakeholder management with OEMs and Tier-1s.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Polarion/DOORS, and CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
