What you will do

• Maintain accurate accounting records and oversee daily financial operations.
• Prepare and submit VAT reports and statutory filings.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile supplier, client, and bank accounts.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations.
• Liaise with government authorities, banks, and external auditors.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the construction or development industry.
• Strong understanding of VAT, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
• Mandatory proficiency in English and Greek.
• Knowledge of Cyprus accounting and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Russian language.
