What you will do

• Define and evolve SLOs, alerting standards, and incident response practices.
• Build and improve platform foundations including CI/CD, deployment workflows, and infrastructure automation.
• Design and operate resilient, observable systems for real-time ingestion and detection workloads.
• Drive modernization of infrastructure stack using Kubernetes and infrastructure as code.
• Improve developer experience by creating internal tooling and standardized operational patterns.
• Partner with engineering teams to reduce toil and prevent recurring failures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Deep practical experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform or Pulumi.
• Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and performance tuning for distributed systems.
• Solid coding ability in Python, Go, or Rust.
• Experience building or maintaining CI/CD systems and operational automation.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on shared ownership and durable solutions.

Nice to have

• Web3 or blockchain experience.
• Experience with real-time or streaming systems.
• Background in security, fraud, or risk domains.
• Experience building internal developer platforms.
