TL;DR
Senior SRE Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes): Designing and maintaining scalable, fault-tolerant systems for a Revenue AI platform with an accent on production reliability, observability, and infrastructure automation. Focus on building self-service capabilities, optimizing distributed systems, and managing large-scale Kubernetes environments.
Location: Hybrid (Tel Aviv, Israel)

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
- Define and enforce reliability processes, including SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs.
- Lead complex incident responses, on-call rotations, and postmortems.
- Develop automation, tooling, and self-service capabilities to improve development productivity.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed reliability across the organization.
- Mentor engineers and promote operational excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, preferably in SaaS environments.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, failure modes, and resiliency patterns.
- Strong experience operating large-scale production services on Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and CI/CD tools.
- Solid experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.

- Experience with Java.
