What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
• Define and enforce reliability processes, including SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs.
• Lead complex incident responses, on-call rotations, and postmortems.
• Develop automation, tooling, and self-service capabilities to improve development productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed reliability across the organization.
• Mentor engineers and promote operational excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, preferably in SaaS environments.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, failure modes, and resiliency patterns.
• Strong experience operating large-scale production services on Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and CI/CD tools.
• Solid experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java.
