TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Limassol, Cyprus)

Salary: from 54,200 EUR gross per year

What you will do

  • Build long-term financial models and support global budgeting cycles.
  • Design and automate internal tools and dashboards for performance monitoring and investment tracking.
  • Analyze spending efficiency and formulate data-driven proposals for reallocation.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and go-to-market evaluations for new opportunities.
  • Prepare high-quality executive presentations for cross-functional syncs and updates.
  • Drive cross-functional projects end-to-end, from scoping and execution to impact measurement.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Deep understanding of operational metrics, unit economics, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable business decisions.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Cyprus (Hybrid).

  • Proficiency in Python.
