TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Bucharest, Romania)
Salary: Gross RON 27.5K – 33.9K per month

What you will do
- Own and build data-driven product applications end-to-end, from design to production operation.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using React and build REST APIs with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Architect data models and access patterns for relational databases (PostgreSQL).
- Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production readiness in collaboration with DevOps.
- Leverage AI-assisted development workflows to automate code generation, testing, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, architectural risks, and scalability bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Must be based in Romania (Hybrid Bucharest office)
- 5+ years of experience building backend systems with Node.js and TypeScript.
- 5+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically React.
- Strong experience with microservices and service-oriented architectures.
- Solid expertise in complex relational databases and writing efficient queries.
- Proficiency with Docker and container orchestration (ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes).
Nice to have
- Experience integrating AI-powered internal tools to improve developer productivity.
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG).
