Middle Fullstack Developer (AdTech)

TL;DR

Middle Fullstack Developer (Java/Angular/Node.js): Developing and owning the end-to-end development process for an AdTech platform with an accent on scalable backend services and modern frontend interfaces. Focus on building RESTful and event-driven APIs, implementing bidding logic, and optimizing high-volume data processing.

Location: Must be based in Poland, Serbia, or Romania

A large-scale advertising technology company building audience intelligence and campaign automation tools for brands, agencies, and publishers across multiple digital channels.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development process from design to production, contributing to infrastructure and architectural decisions.
• Design and implement scalable backend services in Java (Spring Boot) and NestJS.
• Develop RESTful and event-driven APIs for publisher management, bidding logic, and reporting.
• Build and maintain modern frontend applications using Angular (15+).
• Research core technologies and integrate with external APIs and third-party services.
• Write high-quality, testable code and improve system observability through logs, metrics, and tracing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications and distributed systems in production.
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, Vertica, Redis, Elasticsearch).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, async processing, and clean architecture principles.
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Must be based in Poland, Serbia, or Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js (TypeScript, NestJS).
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or React.
