Location: 100% remote, based in the Netherlands or Belgium

hirify.global is a curated marketplace for buying and selling special objects, with more than 100,000 unique items auctioned each week across 80+ categories.

What you will do

• Evaluate and arrange stamp lots submitted by users to ensure attractive, relevant, and high-quality auctions.
• Create weekly lot selections using market expertise and a professional network.
• Review titles, descriptions, and images, and provide accurate estimated values.
• Apply expert judgement to maintain transparent and fair transactions, including communicating rejections constructively.
• Collaborate with Sales to attract new sellers and with Marketing to increase bidder engagement and auction visibility.

Requirements

• Strong passion for and proven expertise in stamps.
• Solid knowledge of the stamp market in either the Netherlands or Belgium; knowledge of both markets is an advantage.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills and confidence with digital tools.
• Good written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Business experience in Sales, Marketing, or Project Management.
• Experience as a Stamps Dealer.
