What you will do

• Represent hirify.global on-site during base maintenance and EOL project inputs.
• Conduct incoming and final walk-around inspections and manage defect rectification.
• Review and manage work scope execution, technical records, and deferred defects.
• Liaise daily with MROs, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to track progress.
• Monitor compliance with CAME, AMP, JPMs, and regulatory requirements.
• Validate MRO performance, man-hours, and invoices to ensure cost and timeline adherence.

Requirements

• Licensed Aircraft Engineer (B1 minimum) required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering required.
• 3-5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in a technical representative or base maintenance check leader role.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
• Solid knowledge of EASA Part-145, Part-M, and Part-CAMO regulations.
• Ability to work on a shift rotation basis and travel occasionally to other bases or headquarters.

• Experience with A320 family aircraft.
