What you will do

• Support day-to-day publishing and optimization of major hirify.global TV social media accounts.
• Write and optimize copy for various platforms and create engaging thumbnails.
• Analyze performance data and audience insights to inform content planning and publishing strategies.
• Collaborate with campaigns, production, and internal teams to coordinate social content delivery.
• Ensure all content is delivered accurately, on time, and adheres to editorial and compliance standards.
• Monitor platform developments and contribute to performance reporting to improve engagement.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to work from London Broadcasting House.
• Experience in planning, publishing, or managing social media accounts within a media or content-focused organization.
• Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to make sound editorial decisions based on audience needs and brand standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
• Experience using performance data to inform content recommendations.
