What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of automation for documentation, localization, and software delivery workflows.
• Build and operate production-grade agents and automation pipelines to replace manual, repetitive processes.
• Architect system integrations using REST APIs and MCPs to enable secure, scalable end-to-end workflows.
• Apply LLM-based capabilities to manage and transform content while adhering to security and compliance standards.
• Own the reliability and maintainability of automation systems through monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and define standards for scalable automation practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automation or software engineering, preferably in developer platforms or content operations.
• Strong proficiency in Python for building production-grade automation and agent frameworks.
• Advanced experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Proven ability to integrate LLMs via APIs for process automation.
• Must be based in Poland with the ability to work flexible hours for global collaboration.
• BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience designing multi-agent or tool-orchestrated AI workflows at scale.
• Familiarity with observability, metrics, and cost tracking for AI-driven systems.
• Experience containerizing and operating long-running agent services in production.
