What you will do

• Perform security maturity assessments aligned with the NIST CSF 2.0 framework.
• Review designed and deployed environments to identify security flaws and recommend mitigation plans.
• Evaluate the implementation of technical security controls and identify gaps.
• Improve client security posture by elevating infrastructure resilience and implementing best-practice procedures.
• Design practical implementations for security issues, including firewall policies, segmentation, and AD-tier models.
• Research and advocate for new security solutions and technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience securing large organizational networks.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and operational processes.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Vast knowledge of cyber-security IT systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft IT on-prem and cloud infrastructure (Entra-ID, Office365, AD, GPO).
• Experience with security controls like AV, EDR/XDR, DLP, and device control.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in consulting services and risk assessment.
• ZTNA design and deployment experience.
• Experience implementing security monitoring procedures and systems (SOC, SIEM, SOAR).
