TL;DR

Project Manager (Delivery): Driving courier retention and engagement initiatives across the Delivery business with an accent on data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on structuring complex business problems, running experiments, and developing scalable loyalty mechanisms to improve courier experience and long-term engagement.

Location: Must be based in Tbilisi, Georgia (Hybrid work model).

What you will do

  • Own courier retention and engagement initiatives from opportunity identification to implementation.
  • Define hypotheses, run experiments, and scale initiatives in partnership with Product, CRM, and Marketing teams.
  • Develop key retention mechanisms, including the Courier Loyalty Program and feedback ecosystems.
  • Translate business objectives into clear requirements and coordinate execution across stakeholders.
  • Analyze courier behavior and retention trends to identify growth opportunities and churn drivers.
  • Build analytical frameworks to support data-driven decision-making and prioritization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, product management, business analytics, or strategy.
  • English: B2+ proficiency required (resume must be submitted in English).
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills (SQL is an advantage).
  • Solid understanding of product metrics, unit economics, and business performance drivers.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Highly autonomous and proactive approach to operating in fast-changing environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketplace, mobility, or delivery businesses.
  • Background in retention, engagement, loyalty, or lifecycle management initiatives.
