What you will do

• Own the product vision and 12-month roadmap for platform domains including Sportsbook, Gaming, and Rewards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a product organization of approximately 35 Group Product Managers and Product Managers.
• Optimize squad formations and resource allocation to align with shifting business priorities and vertical demand.
• Define and enforce high standards for product discovery, documentation, and delivery across all platform domains.
• Act as the primary interface for resolving cross-vertical priority conflicts and evangelizing platform capabilities.
• Manage vertical budget (OpEx and CapEx) and oversee investments in training and development.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years leading product teams in high-scale environments.
• Proven iGaming industry experience spanning Sportsbook, Gaming/Casino, and Rewards/Loyalty.
• Track record of driving product-led transformations from service delivery to commercially aligned models.
• Strong command of agile delivery at scale, including squad models and roadmap tooling (Jira, Confluence).
• Fluency in English for effective collaboration in an international environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience operating at the scale of a leading global GameTech or iGaming operator.
• Expertise in high-scale, multi-tenant platform environments serving multiple verticals.
• Exposure to real-time, high-traffic transactional systems such as live betting or bonusing engines.
• Experience driving internal platform adoption within a multi-brand or multi-market group.
