What you will do

• Translate complex tax team advice into formal, actionable product requirements.
• Assess the impact of tax regulations on business models, monetization structures, and user journeys.
• Advise on fiscalisation requirements, including receipts, invoices, and transaction records.
• Evaluate the tax compliance treatment of loyalty mechanisms, bonuses, and promotional incentives.
• Partner with Tax and Finance stakeholders to ensure compliance in product design.
• Draft and review user-facing terms and operational product frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience in product compliance, financial regulatory advisory, or fintech legal work.
• Proven ability to partner with Tax and Finance stakeholders on complex business models.
• Experience advising on monetization, payments, or transaction-related products.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and translating between tax law and product strategy.
• Experience working in global or multi-jurisdictional environments.
• English proficiency required
