What you will do

• Drive the development of new chain deployments and novel DeFi interoperability solutions.
• Design and implement secure, efficient, and scalable smart contract architectures.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert for blockchain projects.
• Guide the engineering team in delivering high-impact solutions while making sound technical decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience in blockchain engineering, ideally with a live DeFi protocol.
• Strong competency with Solidity and non-EVM smart contract languages.
• Proven results in building and scaling DeFi protocols.
