What you will do

• Own and coordinate the full employee lifecycle including joiners, movers, and leavers.
• Manage contract signing, employment documentation, and local resignation administration.
• Coordinate local recruitment efforts in partnership with hiring managers and talent acquisition.
• Trigger and oversee local processes such as probation reviews and documentation requests.
• Support local benefits administration and ensure HR system data quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Regional Operations Director and local VML Thailand team to ensure process consistency.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in People Operations or HR coordination.
• Familiarity with Thai law and regulations is mandatory.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with HRIS and data management.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
