Senior Manager, Employee Relations (Bangkok-based, Relocation Provided)

Agoda, part of Booking Holdings, is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Employee Relations to lead its Global Employee Relations team. This is a strategic leadership role focused on shaping employee relations policies, managing complex labor matters, and driving fair, legally sound people practices across a global organization.
Responsibilities
— Lead global Employee Relations policies, governance standards, and advisory frameworks
— Partner with HR, Legal, unions, and government agencies on complex labor relations matters
— Guide managers on employment law, policies, and regulatory compliance
— Lead investigations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes
— Drive performance and policy improvements through analytics and data insights
— Manage union consultations, negotiations, and dispute resolution
— Support organizational change, restructuring, and offboarding initiatives
Requirements
— 13+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or HR Business Partnering roles
— Deep expertise in employment law, industrial relations, and workplace dispute management
— Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leaders, unions, and regulators
— Experience leading investigations and managing complex employee relations cases
— Proven negotiation, mediation, and conflict-resolution capabilities
— Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
— Excellent communication skills and international or multicultural experience
