Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, customer experience, or consulting.
• Strong proficiency in analytics tools including SQL, Python/R, and BI platforms like Looker Studio or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts applied to marketing automation and personalization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
