What you will do

  • Oversee daily operations and workload distribution for a team of 5-12 Campaign Specialists.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), specifically quality assurance and time-to-market activity.
  • Manage recruitment, people management, and the professional development of staff.
  • Collaborate with the Country Lead and Global Directors to support strategic initiatives.
  • Report on operational progress and development for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement risk management and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • 6-8 years of demonstrated experience in people and performance management, talent profiling, and recruitment.
  • Solid understanding of omnichannel marketing and an extensive background in project management.
  • Experience with CRM, digital production, marketing personalization, and automation.
  • Highly proficient English language skills; applications must be submitted in English.
  • Must be able to work from the Bangkok office.
