IT Service Analyst (CMDB): Maintaining and updating asset and configuration data within CMDB to improve internet footprint visibility with an accent on data quality and compliance. Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź (2-3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 900-1100 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Maintain and update asset and configuration data within CMDB (Helix / ServiceNow).
• Identify and establish ownership of internet-facing assets across the organization.
• Collaborate with application, network, and infrastructure teams on DNS and certificates.
• Support Cyber Security in vulnerability management through accurate asset mapping.
• Ensure asset data accuracy and timeliness in line with compliance and audit requirements.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to support remediation processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, or CMDB-related roles.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB tools such as Helix or ServiceNow.
• Basic understanding of cyber security concepts, including vulnerability management and network security.
• General knowledge of IT infrastructure (DNS, PKI/certificates, load balancing).
• Experience working in environments with audit, compliance, or governance requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Automate or Power Apps.
