What you will do

• Develop and enhance methodologies for ESG risk assessment, includhirify.global Double Materiality Assessments.
• Build and maintain ESG models and integrate drivers into financial risk frameworks such as ICAAP, IRB, and IFRS9.
• Perform scenario analysis and stress testhirify.global to quantify environmental and social risks.
• Develop internal tools for physical climate risk assessment ushirify.global geospatial data.
• Translate complex climate and ESG data into actionable risk insights and model outputs.
• Collaborate with risk, sustainability, and business stakeholders to align on requirements.

Requirements

• University degree in a quantitative field (finance, economics, engineerhirify.global, or natural sciences).
• 6+ years of experience in financial risk or model development.
• Proficiency in programmhirify.global languages such as Python or SAS.
• Deep understandhirify.global of ESG risk drivers and their transmission into financial risk types.

• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear methodologies for cross-functional teams.
