What you will do

• Build and maintain automations to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop internal workflows, integrations, and productivity solutions using automation platforms.
• Apply AI agents to real-world workflows to create practical business value.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize requests and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Administer and maintain business-critical SaaS platforms and internal systems.
• Evaluate new technologies and drive their adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like N8N, Make, or Zapier.
• Understanding of AI agents and their application in business workflows.
• Proven track record of simplifying processes and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical thinking with a focus on identifying root causes.
• Ability to manage business-critical SaaS platforms and internal systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity and access management solutions.
• Familiarity with Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence administration.
• Understanding of Agile, ITSM, or operational excellence practices.
• Experience building internal tools or using scripting to solve operational challenges.
