Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office).

Salary: 3500–4500 EUR gross monthly.

What you will do

• Monitor production systems in real-time to identify and troubleshoot software, hardware, and capacity issues.
• Support daily market operations, including system startup, shutdown, and application updates.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve connectivity and technical challenges.
• Maintain operational documentation and procedures to support team knowledge sharing.
• Partner with engineering teams to implement scalable operational solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Several years of experience in technical operations, system administration, or network operations.
• Demonstrable understanding of Linux environments, including administration and troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, including protocols, routing, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Must be based in Vilnius and able to work in a hybrid setup.
• Must have no unspent criminal convictions under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
• Knowledge of containerization or scripting tools.
• Relevant infrastructure management certifications.
