What you will do

• Own "bets" end-to-end, from problem definition and architecture to shipping and production validation.
• Build AI-natively using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and v0 to prototype and ship features rapidly.
• Transform existing prototypes, such as multiplayer games based on market data, into stable and scalable production systems.
• Develop rough prototypes in days rather than sprints to validate ideas directly with players.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO and CPO to determine if product bets should be scaled, handed over to long-term teams, or discontinued.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering customer-facing software, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment.
• AI-native workflow: proven experience shipping products using Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or equivalent tools.
• Strong combined product and engineering instincts to solve the right problems effectively.
• Proven track record of taking ambiguous, high-leverage work from zero to production without top-down direction.
• Ability to operate independently without dedicated Project Managers or Designers.
• Strong communication skills and a bias for action over polished documentation.
