What you will do

• Develop and scale microservices using Golang on AWS.
• Build impact supply and driver signal systems to power collaboration across the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Partner with Product, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software and automated deployments.
• Write clean, maintainable code and enforce industry best practices for security and performance through code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to minimize production impact and ensure high availability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience; proficiency in Golang (or experience in Java, Scala, C++ and willingness to switch to Go).
• Strong experience with microservices, distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and message queues.
• Hands-on experience with SQL (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB).
• Knowledge of Git, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Lucene and Elasticsearch.
• Proven ability in system design, performance profiling, optimization, and system debugging.
