Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; onsite

What you will do
- Shape foundational system architecture and flexible microservice configurations for Fulfillment Tech.
- Build supply and driver signal systems used across the ecosystem.
- Improve scalable microservices using Golang and AWS.
- Collaborate with Product, Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver software and automate deployments.
- Write maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and enforce security and performance best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues to maintain high availability and minimize production impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of production software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Golang, or experience with Java, Scala, or C++ and willingness to switch to Go.
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and message queues.
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases such as MySQL and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB.
- Knowledge of Git, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with system design, scalable and observable systems, performance profiling, debugging, Lucene, and Elasticsearch.
