Salary: $69,326 – $88,004 (based on hourly rate of $33.33–$42.31)

What you will do

• Support patients via phone, chat, and email using active listening and clinical judgment.
• Manage care coordination including intake, scheduling, and platform troubleshooting.
• Conduct clinical needs assessments and refer members to appropriate levels of care.
• Manage member crises, including suicide risk assessment, triage, and safety planning.
• Provide psycho-education and motivational assistance for mental health and substance use concerns.
• Document all interactions and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality member experience.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Psychotherapy).
• Active licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, or psychologist in your US state of residence.
• Minimum 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure.
• Fully bilingual (written and spoken) in English and Dutch.
• Must be based in the United States and available for the shift 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer platforms simultaneously and learning new systems.

• Fluency in additional languages such as Portuguese or Spanish.
