What you will do

• Directly supervise incoming inspection personnel and ensure effective use of resources to meet company and regulatory goals.
• Ensure safety, quality, GMP, ISO, and housekeeping standards are followed during incoming inspections.
• Oversee inspection flow, labeling, release logistics, and maintain accurate inspection documentation and records.
• Analyze inspection and supplier quality metrics (e.g., first pass yield) and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate and manage NCMRs, including additional testing, disposition, and ERP inventory reconciliation.
• Support process improvement and Lean Manufacturing implementation to minimize cost and increase productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or an Engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a hardware manufacturing environment in an FDA-regulated industry and/or ISO-certified organization (preferred).
• 8+ years of relevant experience with an Associate degree (preferred).
• 2+ years of relevant Manufacturing Operations leadership experience (preferred).
