What you will do

• Develop high-performing perception algorithms for real-time object detection, segmentation, and pose estimation using Lidar and camera data.
• Design, train, and deploy AI/ML models for robust operation in challenging outdoor environments.
• Enhance machine learning pipelines to support CI/CD, verification, and monitoring of models in the field.
• Integrate perception systems with robotic platforms to enable autonomous navigation and manipulation.
• Define the hardware/software architecture and technical roadmap for the perception stack.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in computer vision, machine learning, and/or robotics.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and ROS2.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of real-time systems, embedded platforms, and sensor systems.
• Must have valid US work authorization (E-Verify).
