What you will do

• Build and own web analytics and tag management infrastructure using Segment and GTM.
• Develop and deploy landing pages and campaign assets while building reusable component systems.
• Drive CRO and experimentation by running A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain technical health including SEO, site performance, and Core Web Vitals.
• Evolve CMS and publishing infrastructure to enable marketing self-sufficiency.
• Manage ad operations including ads.txt, script tags, and Prebid configurations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 7+ years of professional experience building and maintaining marketing websites.
• Expertise in WordPress and/or Drupal.
• Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager and CDPs like Segment or mParticle.
• JavaScript proficiency for component building and custom tag implementation.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools like Optimizely or VWO.

Nice to have

• PHP familiarity.
• Experience with headless or composable CMS platforms like Contentful or Sanity.
