What you will do

• Own product outcomes end-to-end, from problem framing and design to shipping and metric tracking.
• Embed with various teams to solve complex technical challenges and improve system reliability.
• Develop responsive, accessible React interfaces and robust backend services using Node.js and Python.
• Architect and maintain scalable AWS-based data pipelines and multi-tenant batch processing systems.
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows and tools to accelerate development and unlock new product capabilities.
• Mentor team members on product judgment, systems design, and technical decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in Costa Rica
• Deep full-stack expertise with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Strong experience with AWS core services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3) and workflow orchestration.
• Proven track record of end-to-end product ownership and collaborative problem-solving.
• Proficiency in building AI-assisted workflows and critical evaluation of AI-generated code.
• Strong UI/UX eye and ability to translate ambiguous requirements into intuitive user journeys.
