What you will do

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform components (forms, lists, tables, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, notifications, and service catalog items).
• Build and improve workflow automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, approvals, and catalog workflows.
• Support and enhance ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Asset, and Configuration Management).
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, import sets, transform maps, and scheduled jobs.
• Participate in testing, code review, deployment, and post-release validation using disciplined release/change management.
• Implement security and governance (RBAC, ACLs, data policies, audit practices) and provide escalation support with root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• Location requirement: all candidates must be located in Portugal
• 3–6 years of experience developing, administering, or supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
• Proven delivery of ServiceNow enhancements from requirements through production deployment.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development/configuration experience including Flow Designer and scripting concepts (JavaScript).
• Experience with ITSM / enterprise service management and workflow automation.
• Experience building and troubleshooting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integration patterns (IntegrationHub, MID Server, import sets, transform maps).
