What you will do

• Support daily PR activities including media relations, press inquiries, and event coordination.
• Manage Instagram operations and content calendars in collaboration with agencies and headquarters.
• Assist in the planning and execution of media events, stays, and brand activations.
• Prepare PR reports and maintain media lists and event documentation.
• Coordinate with internal hotel departments to ensure smooth execution of PR initiatives.
• Attend and support photo and video shoots with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in public relations, ideally in luxury hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
• Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
• Demonstrated experience in media relations and content creation.
• Proficiency in image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong copywriting skills for press releases and social media.
• Ability to work onsite in Tokyo.
