What you will do

• Plan and design PR and communication activations tailored to the local market in alignment with global brand guidelines.
• Lead influencer marketing strategies, including the selection and management of KOLs and KOCs to drive brand exposure.
• Manage comprehensive media buying and reporting across social, digital, and OOH platforms.
• Coordinate with external PR agencies and global teams to oversee press asset distribution and seeding.
• Develop and maintain local press relationships to ensure visibility across print, online, and lifestyle media.
• Track budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness using measurable KPIs.

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or media promotion.
• Experience within the beauty industry and with prestige or luxury brands.
• English language proficiency (both written and oral communication).
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills for a fast-paced international environment.

• Prior experience working with media or social agencies.
• Existing network of traditional, digital, and social media contacts and lifestyle influencers.
