What you will do

• Support and coordinate return operations and local logistics in Switzerland, the UK, and Norway.
• Help shape and implement operational processes, systems, and compliance guidelines for e-commerce merchants.
• Contribute ideas to enhance the customs SaaS application in collaboration with the Product team.
• Own and further develop specific aspects of the customs solution to drive market growth.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth, end-to-end customs and shipping services.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a German university and based in Berlin.
• Available for a part-time role (20 hours per week) for at least 12 months.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1 level).
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks independently.
