What you will do

• Build and nurture a passionate gaming community across Discord, social media, and in-game channels.
• Create engaging static and video content in collaboration with the internal art team.
• Gather and synthesize player feedback into actionable insights for the development team.
• Organize and host community events, contests, and playtests to drive engagement.
• Configure and maintain Discord servers, including roles, permissions, and moderation bots.
• Advocate for player needs during development discussions to align features with community expectations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5 years of proven experience in community management for video games or similar products.
• Strong knowledge of gaming culture and trends.
• Proficiency in social media management and community platforms like Discord and Reddit.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
