What you will do

• Build, grow, and structure the gaming community.
• Lead and support in-game volunteer teams.
• Strengthen communication between the community and the development team.
• Create clear and engaging gameplay guides and tutorials.
• Gather, organize, and communicate player feedback to developers.
• Organize engaging events across social media platforms and moderate community channels.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada with a strong understanding of local gaming culture.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Community Manager in the gaming industry.
• Experience managing and moderating Discord communities.
• English: C1–C2 proficiency required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working on Role Play projects.
• Analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with Canadian French.
