Community Manager (Gaming)

What you will do

• Build, grow, and structure the gaming community.
• Manage and moderate in-game and external communities, including Discord and social media.
• Lead and support in-game volunteer teams.
• Strengthen communication between players and the development team.
• Create clear gameplay guides and tutorials and communicate player feedback to developers.
• Organize engaging events across social media platforms.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Community Manager in the gaming industry.
• Experience managing and moderating Discord communities.
• Strong understanding of Canadian gaming culture.
• English fluency at C1–C2 level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working on Role Play projects.
• Analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with Canadian French.
