What you will do

• Monitor and analyze daily press coverage to compile insights and reports.
• Manage the virtual press room and coordinate the distribution of promotional materials.
• Support the planning and scheduling of press and promotional screenings.
• Assist in preparing partnership presentations, proposals, and campaign timelines.
• Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing department.

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field completed within the last three years.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong interest in the film, media, and audiovisual industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Full-time availability.
