TL;DR

Creative Producer (Performance Creative): Own creative production pipelines and deliver high-performing static and video ad assets across Meta and Google with an accent on ROAS, fast experimentation, and scaling production output. Focus on leading creative teams, running testing/iteration loops with UA, and integrating AI tools into daily production workflows for wellness-focused user journeys.

Simple Life is an AI-powered health coaching app focused on helping adults lose weight and build sustainable healthy habits.

What you will do

  • Shape and execute creative direction for Meta, Google, and other placements (static and video).
  • Coordinate with UA leads, Creative Strategist, and the AI squad to align briefs, strategy discovery, and execution.
  • Lead a team of motion and graphic designers to produce a high volume of creative assets.
  • Run the production pipeline end-to-end from marketing research and brief to delivery, maintaining timelines, feedback loops, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with UA to implement testing strategies, interpret results, and iterate based on performance insights and shared KPIs.
  • Improve operational efficiency to scale product angle exploration while maintaining creative quality and strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in creative production with strong experience in performance marketing for mobile apps.
  • 2+ years leading creative teams, with a track record of scaling output and improving creative performance.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and Google ad platforms and formats.
  • Experience producing both video and static assets for user acquisition with cyclic production and regular sprints.
  • Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows and production cycles.
  • Strong organizational skills and cross-functional communication; data-informed approach to creative iteration.

Nice to have

  • Background in motion design and hands-on ability to develop and refine design concepts.
  • Experience executing creative strategy for fitness and wellness products.
  • Ability to spot emerging content formats, hooks, and cultural signals early.
