What you will do

• Design research and statistical analyses to track consumer and shopper behavior.
• Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to FMCG clients in collaboration with the sales team.
• Develop and implement automation mechanisms for data checks and routines to improve quality.
• Create complex client studies, presentation charts, and reports using Excel and ThinkCell.
• Interact with clients as a subject matter expert to answer specific business questions.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual Italian proficiency.
• English proficiency level B2 or higher.
• Must be based in or able to work from Milano, Italy.
• Higher education in Economics, Marketing, Management, Sociology, Psychology, or Statistics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive operational recommendations.
