What you will do
- Deliver audience, category, and cultural insights to guide social-first strategies across global and regional markets.
- Identify and interpret emerging cultural trends in home, lifestyle, food, and tech.
- Conduct social channel audits, competitor reviews, and build frameworks for measuring creative effectiveness.
- Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and cultural signals.
- Translate performance data into clear insights and optimization recommendations for creative and influencer teams.
- Lead the identification and implementation of new data-driven insight solutions, including the use of AI.
Requirements
- Background in research and insights, specifically working with social, influencer, or paid media teams.
- Expertise in social listening platforms such as Brandwatch and Sprinklr, including Boolean queries.
- Proficiency with panel and survey providers like GWI, YouGov, Kantar, or Audiense.
- Strong data storytelling skills to distill complex data for non-technical audiences.
- Strategic mindset with an interest in behavioral science.
- Must be based in Italy.
