What you will do
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate code integration and deployment.
- Oversee cloud-based systems on AWS and Azure to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
- Utilize containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for application management.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues to maintain high availability.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to promote DevOps best practices.
- Automate infrastructure tasks using tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Requirements
- English: C1+ required for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Must be based in Guatemala.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-level programming language (Python, Java, Ruby, or Go).
- At least 2 years of experience with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and database management.
Nice to have
- Advanced certifications in DevOps, AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.
- Experience in project estimation and status tracking.
