TL;DR
People Team Intern (HR): Leading the construction and launch of the HR Intelligence Hub to centralize and standardize job descriptions and vendor directories with an accent on governance logic and inclusive language standards. Focus on auditing existing documentation, designing interactive digital repositories in Confluence, and establishing sustainable maintenance protocols for the People team.

What you will do
- Diagnose and identify gaps in the current job description bank and HR vendor directory.
- Standardize job description formats using inclusive language and competency-based frameworks.
- Build an interactive digital repository in Confluence with version history and update protocols.
- Audit and update the HR vendor bank with classification, evaluation scorecards, and compliance trackers.
- Conduct validation sessions with area leaders to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Design a governance protocol to ensure long-term maintenance of HR resources.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to complete the SENA productive practice stage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HR processes and document management.
- English level: B2 preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and assertive communication skills.
